Just In Bloom Flowers Store Policy

Just In Bloom Flowers is committed to providing beautiful, fresh, and eco-friendly floral arrangements to our customers. This policy outlines our practices regarding product quality, substitutions, returns, deliveries, and order modifications.

Product Quality:

  • We use only the freshest, high-quality flowers and eco-friendly seed paper wrapping.

  • We take pride in our arrangements and strive for customer satisfaction.

Substitutions:

  • Due to seasonal availability, we may occasionally need to substitute specific flowers in your arrangement.

  • We will always substitute with flowers of equal or greater value and maintain the overall style and color scheme of your chosen arrangement.

  • If a significant substitution is necessary, we will contact you for approval before finalizing the order.

 

Returns & Cancellations:

  • Refund requests will only be accepted within three days of receiving order

Order Modifications:

  • We understand that plans can change. We will try our best to accommodate order modifications if contacted within 72  hours of placing your order. 

 

Deliveries:

  • We offer flower delivery to Calvert, St. Mary's, and Charles counties in Maryland.

  • Delivery fees may apply depending on the distance.

  • We cannot guarantee specific delivery times, but we will make every effort to deliver your flowers within the chosen delivery window.

Local pick up :

  •  1105 Cimarron Rd, Lusby, MD 20657, USA

  • Time: M- F  9 am -5pm.  

 

In case of inclement weather, we may need to reschedule deliveries to ensure the safe arrival of your flowers. We will contact you to discuss any necessary changes.

 

Customer Satisfaction:

  • If you have any concerns about your floral arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will work diligently to resolve any issues and ensure your happiness with our service.
